The Soo Sings for Kids …Workplace Glee Competition and Fundraiser Continues to be a Crowd Pleaser!

Since 2013 this annual gleeful event has raised $45,000 for local children’s charities. This year’s sold out show on May 11th will provide another $20,000 for the Kids!

The immense volunteer hours put forth by all the performers, mentors, organizers, and our host Timothy Murphy to bring this thrilling workplace glee competition to the stage for one night is both spectacular and fun loving!

The Media is invited to interview performers, organizers, and mentors at the following rehearsals

When:

Monday May 2nd 5:00- 7:30 PM (ADSB/CASS and YMCA)

Tuesday May 3rd 4:00-9:00 PM (Women in Crisis, APH, Arthur Funeral home, HSDCSB)

Wednesday May 4th 5:00-9:00 PM (CRCA, Sault College, ADSB/FH Clergue and Rosedale)

Where: Kiwanis Community Theatre

The media is also welcome to capture footage of the performances on dress rehearsal night

When: Tuesday May 11th  7-10 PM (Dress Rehearsal)

This year’s charities are:

Children’s Hospice ARCH, Sault Area Hospital NICU, Easter Seals, Autism Ontario Local Chapter, Big Brothers/ Big Sisters, YMCA Strong Kids, Children’s Rehabilitation Centre Algoma, Women in Crisis Children’s program, and Canadian Tire Jump Start
