Craving Cruelty-Free Makeup Every Month? Sault Ste. Marie-Based Company Chirp Launching Monthly Makeup Subscription Service

September 13, 2016: Sault Ste. Marie, ON—Local business Chirp Cosmetics Company, a favourite of makeup artists and enthusiasts alike, is introducing something new: the Chirp Flock, a monthly subscription service for customers to sample some of the company’s best products. The new service is similar to what is offered by ipsy, with the noted difference that Chirp offers only cruelty-free items.

The company began because, as owner Liisa Perin explains, “I couldn’t find cruelty-free, local makeup to use for my wedding. So, I decided to make my own. After receiving many compliments on my makeup on the big day, I realized a lot of other people wanted cruelty-free makeup too, and so Chirp began.” Now, Liisa runs the successful business with her devoted husband, Tyler, and new addition to the business local esthetician Kaitlyn King.

Customers have responded positively to the brand’s promises: vibrant shades all made without parabens, formaldehyde, or animal cruelty. Chirp also offers vegan products and, because their cosmetics are made in small batches, customers can even request a new shade of their choosing.

Chirp offers a wide variety of makeup as well as additional products that include makeup remover and hair care products, all of which could be included as products in the monthly boxes. Plus, when you join the Chirp Flock, you’ll get access to new products before they are released to the public.

If you are interested in sampling some of these products through joining the Chirp Flock, or just want to check out what they offer, visit Chirp’s website at https://chirpcosmeticscompany.com. You can also chat with Liisa or Kaitlyn at the Mill Market, 35 Canal Drive, where Chirp regularly has a table.
